Finally! Spring is here and it's here to stay! I am so ecstatic that the weather is getting warmer and warmer and the grass in our yard is starting to grow again. It's around the time of year when people start planting again and I can't wait to put some beautiful flowering plants in our
window boxes.
Eversince my husband installed the
window box outside our wide picture window, I have been planting all kinds of flowering plants in it. Last year I planted yellow tulips on it, this year I might plant some geraniums. Whatever it is I plant on it, I am sure it would add beauty and color to our humble home.
Spring is my favorite time of the year because it is when the colors pop-out again and the weather is not that hot yet. I could let my kids play outside and not worry too much about them burning up in the sun because during these time, the temperature is perfect and the humidity is very tolerable. We have so many plans for spring and I can't wait to do each and every one of them.

Time Flies... My older daughter will turn eight this April. I could still remember the pain I felt when I gave birth to her and the joy I felt when I heard her cry for the very first time. She is such a blessing to all of us and to everybody around her as well. She is at the top of her class and she never fails to amaze her teachers with her wit and her charm. She is a certified gamer. She would rather play computer games than play with a
doll or watch
Hannah Montana on TV.
Since money is tight, we asked her if she would rather have a birthday party of her liking or get a brand new Xbox 360. She thought for a while and said that she would rather have the game console than have a party. So now, I looked online for a good deal of
Xbox 360 and still looking. Hopefully I will find the one that comes with atleast two games and cheaper than usual.
I am so glad she chose to get the game console because that means no birthday preparations for me to do. Hubby and I planned on taking her to the animal wildlife center so she could feed the animals there on her birthday and we also plan on doing a simple birthday party at school.

As a family we always make it a point to vacation every year. Whether it's just a beach vacation or a vacation at a resort somewhere, we find the time and the budget to do it. But recently, the economy has not been doing good, credit cards have raised their APRs and so our family has also been affected with the financial crisis. So I make it a point to make sure that we have the same fun in a vacation with as little amount possible spent for it.
I looked online for sites that offer all kinds of services like finding discount hotels, air and car rentals, as well as dinner shows and live events. In my research, I found
ResortsRescued. They do all these plus they also offer help in exchanging through RCI or Interval International and help in timeshare rentals for owners and renters alike.
This year we already have our vacation plans and I am going to book everything with the help of vacationsrescued.com.

There are a lot of good movies about to come out this summer and one of them is
avatar the last airbender. My daughter and my husband are avid fans of the TV show titled the same as the movie and I could not deny myself that I am a fan as well. It's one of those shows that have good story-line, lovable characters, inspirational and morally good.
My daughter has been trying to play games of
avatar the last airbender online. She has the video game for the wii console and the playstation II. She adolizes the lead character so much she wished she has the arrow mark in her head like Ang, the lead character have.

Me and my husband would always talk about retirement and things we should do now so we could have enough funds to just sit and watch the sun set when we get old. It is inevitable that someday we would grow old and we want to enjoy our retirement like any other couples. We see that my father-in-law, who is now retired, goes to carribean and mexican cruises twice a year with his wife. We don't really need to go to a cruise that much but we want to be able to enjoy our free time someday.
So right now we opened some
cds and other retirement accounts. He has one from work and he's slowly putting more percentage into it. We are also aware that the more investments we start now in the stock market, the more chances we have of having extra money when we retire.
We all need to secure our future and no matter what we have to something right now for it. We just can't say I'll do it tomorrow because it's time wasted. There are plenty of ways to invest and prepare for our future, all that is needed is the drive to do it now.

After being flooded last year, we decided to replace all the sheetroickan in our house to make sure that all the water damage is taken-cared of. Our insurance company paid us just to do half of the sheetrock so we have to find ways to get enough money to do it all the way. The removal was easy, it was fun to rip out all the sheetrock. As we are on the process of ripping it off the woods, we had the surprise of our lives when we saw that part of the wood by our front window has some obvious termite damage.
My husband was devastated because he knows that it's additional costs and additional money to come up with. He checked if he could salvage some of the wood and was glad to know that only two pieces are damaged enough to be replaced. He looked online for the
best ways to fumigate for western drywood termites and he said we should do it to protect our entire house from further termite damage in the future.
Since it's the entire house that we have to fumigate, we have to stay at a hotel for two days to make sure that we won't inhale the fumes. We were so glad we did it because now that our house has walls on it again, we have a sense of peace that there's no damage or termites slowly doing any kind of damage to it.

I am an avid football fan and I found out that those football players have to regularly visit orthopedic surgeons to keep their body aligned and avoid any further injuries to their musculoskeletal system. It's very important for them to keep their ligamenst, nerves, bones and joints in proper condition or else they would have to face losing their place in the sport. There are a lot of good athletes who have to say goodbye to the sport at a young age bacause of injuries. Others are lucky enough to recover after a major operation that's why it's so important to find the best orthopedic surgeon. There are plenty of good
orthopedic surgeons San Francisco. I'm sure that most players go to them for surgeries or just plane check-up.
Orthopedic surgeons has the skill to insert metal braces into patient's knees and bones to enable the person to walk again. My husband himself has had a knee surgery and has to have plastic parts sonnected to his knee joints. After years of therapy, he was able to walk again and now he plays sports and jogs around like he hasn't busted his entire knee a few years ago.

As I have mentioned in my previous posts, my husband is torn between spray foam insulation and
foil insulation. He did all kinds of research about it and he finally made up his mind in getting foil insulation for our bedrooms. He also thought about getting
double bubble insulation for the bathroom but he said it would be better to do foil insulation all over the house.
I hope all these home improvements would be over with since I am tired of living in a messy house. The home improvement we're doing has caused all kinds of mess in the house. Our stuff are all in boxes and our kitchen has all kinds of boxes on it. I just want to be able to decorate my house again and make it look as neat as possible.

Our house was built in the 1940's. Because it's an old house, we have to do all kinds of things to improve it and make it up to code. Recently we redid the electrical wirings and we're so glad we were able to find a cheap electrician to redo the entire house for cheap. My husband is also redoing our walls and putting some new insulations on it since we found out that our walls have no insulations on it. That's why our electric bill is so high.
My husband also researched about new
attic insulation online. He said we need to redo the attic insulation since our attic have the old itchy insulation from years ago. He is torn between the foam insulation or the
aluminum foil insulation because he said both insulations are good. He found this site that offers all kinds of insulations and they also have a number to call whenever customers have doubts what kind of insulations that are fit for their home projects.
If you plan on putting up new insulations in your house before summer comes, try to visit buyfoilinsulation.com.

There are all kinds of site that lets single people mingle and have fun. It's like meeting single people around the world without having to leave the comfort of your home. One of the sites is ConnectingSingles.com. This site lets single people play free games, read articles, answer polls, view videos, send ecards and all kinds of other stuff.
My favorite out of all the features they have is the compatibility quizzes they have. It's fun and entertaining to do the tests. There are also personality tests that let's you know better about yourself and the different personalities that are perfect for you. It's a fun site and I am sure that if I am single, which I am not, I would probably sign up for the site. I have no problems with sites like these because I myself met my husband online. We have two kids now and we are still so much in-love with each other.
If you want to check out the single people in your area or want to find somebody who is single in some toher place, try to visit connectingsingles.com.

I have always heard about Myrtle Beach as a good vacation spot for families. I looked it up online a couple of times and so far I loved what I saw. Getting a
Myrtle Beach Accommodation is also easy because there are a lot of hotels that fit every family's budget and needs. There are also golf-courses around Myrtle Beach for golf enthusiasts. The beach is amazing and the hotels are clean and safe.
Most
Myrtle Beach Accommodations allow guests to play a few rounds of golf while there. They even include the golf schedules for you when you make an accomodation if you want. It is a the perfect family vacation site and a golfer's paradise as well.
If you wanna check out a
Myrtle Beach Hotel, you could do so by checking out their site. Myrtle Beach is a beautiful place and the beaches are inviting and clean. I hope someday we could get the chance to vacation there with the kids and play some rounds of golf while we're there.

My husband has been reading books about stock investing and trying to learn on how to do it. He has books from day trading to learning about stock investing for dummies. He said that it's the best and easiest way to double his money in the legal way. He has not started it yet since he don't wanna jump into the business without knowing how it wokrs and how to go around it. He has plans of doing it though and I have his back the entire way. I know he's doing all these for our future and for our kids' future.
If we are able to start with stock investing, we would definitely check out wikinvest to make sure that the company we invest into is still in good standing and we're not in danger of losing our money.

I love to collect postcards. When we travel, I would stop by a tourist shop and get local postcards to keep as a keepsake that I have been there in that place. When we got flooded though, most of my postcards have been destroyed. It's hard to get all those postcards back so I figured I could make a postcard myself by using the pictures I took while we're traveling. I found a site that prints
cheap postcards for you and so I tried it.
I uploaded my pictures and put captions on it as well as the name of the place where it was taken. They printed it for me and I even could choose if I want matte finish or smooth finish. I could choose whatever size I want and if I want it landscape style or portratit style. They sometimes offer free shipping if you order the minimum number of postcards they required.
Now I have my own personalized postcards and I am thinking of making more using the pictures I took from my trips.

The business of online dating is pretty big right now. Since internet has been commercialized, there are all kinds of online dating sites that popped-up promising everybody that they could find true love online. And most of the time it's true, I myself met my husband through a respected online dating site and I knew a lot of couples who are married now that met through online dating sites.
To better understand the seriousness of online dating check out the
online dating statistics and you will see the percentage of people finding love and trying to to find love in the web. I do believe that you meet the person meant for you in every way possible and since internet is well within our reach, it's not impossible to meet him/her through it. Traditionally, it is imperative that you meet the person first before getting involved in a relationship with them but online dating is different, you could start a relationship even without touching the person yet.
There are cons of online dating as well, and one of it is that other people are not so honest about their profiles. And others take advantage of the situation. So it's way better to be extra careful to avoid being hurt in the end.

Last year, when my husband had his yearly check-up for work, they said he needs to have prescription glasses. He has to do it or else they could tell him that he's not fit to work without it. We went to our local eye doctor in support ofcourse for local businesses, but our jaw dropped when they gave us the bill for his pair of reading glasses. I could not believe myself that a simple eye exam and a pair of
eye glasses would cost us almost a thousand dollars.
But since he needed it, we closed our eyes and paid for it. I was so disturbed by the price of his eyeglasses that I went online and researced about it. I found a site that offers stylish yet very affordable glasses. Zenni offers prescription glasses of all kinds and colors for a very cheap price. With the amount of money I spent with one pair of glasses for my husband, I could have bought twenty of them from zenni.
So I went and bought one pair to test if the glasses they offer are really working great. I ordered a nice pair of glasses for my husband. When we received it in the mail, he tried it and he said it is better that the ones he got for his eye doctor. No kidding, he likes it better because he said it don't give him a headache after reading something. So from now on, if my husband needs a new pair of glasses, I would not waste hundreds of dollars. I'll just go to zenni and order a new pair for him.

I am a confessed internet addict and I do all kinds of research and sometimes just plain search for products when I am bored. My husband knows this so he made sure that my laptop is protected with a virus protection software. I thought I was good to go so I went clicking all kinds of links not knowing that there are viruses alreayd attacking my computer. I have no idea that it's possible since I trusted the software program to block the viruses for me. But I figured I was wrong when my laptop crashed.
Good thing my husband knows how to fix computers, but the virus has damaged my system so much he hass a purchase new parts for my cpu. I am so naive and I didn't know anything about virus protection. I hope that I would atleast be educated with how to avoid viruses and any more computer crashes. I bumped into
Security Sharp, a US-based computer software specialist that offers all kinds of support to it's members on how to prevent crashes. I had a little tour at their members area and I learned all kinds of things about how to help me protect my computer. One good thing I like about them is that they provide support for their members and they made sure that naive members like me gets educated with their product. The other virus protection software I have don't have this feature and I think security sharp is way better than any other virus protection software in the market.

When we purchased our van two years ago, we made sure that we get all kinds of accesorries for it. The first thing we did was put leather seats on it to protect the seats from our kids. We love leather seats because it keeps stains out and it's easier to clean when spills happen. My husband also got a trailer hitch for it so he could tow a boat whenever he wants to go fishing.
Now we're trying to add up a rack for the roof so when we go travel, we could put some of our baggage in the rack. We went to the manufacturer of our car but they charge too much for it so we searched online and found a site that offers all kinds of racks. From
truck racks,
van racks and even
mud flaps. They sell it for way cheaper than the manufacturer charges.
So if you're looking for accessories for your vehicle, try to visit realtruck.com

We have a family car that we use whenever we do family trips or just driving around town as a family. We love our van and we like the amount of space it offers for the entire family. Since we have kids, our van suffered all kinds of abuse from our dear kids. Andrea loves to smudge the glass in her side with her fingers unknowingly. She likes to point at all kinds of things while we're driving and in the process she leaves all kinds of marks. Fifi on the other hand loves to spill her milk when she's bored. She would take her bottle and just flip it over so the milk will slowly drip. Thank goodness we have leather seats and
husky liners to protect our carpet.
Hubby and I are guilty as well because we sometimes have all kinds of dirt in our shoes which cannot be avoided especially when it rains. So to protect our carpet in the front seats, we bought floor mats to keep the carpet clean. Whenever we manage to clean our van, it won't last long because we just all manage to make it messy in a minute.

Now that my husband finally got his dream dodge truck, he's overly obsessed with buying all kinds of
truck acessories for it. He showed me all kinds of wheel rims, grilles and truck covers that he wants to add up to his truck. I found it funny because watching him do that feels like looking at a young kid enjoying his new toy.
He already bought new rims for it and now he's torn on what kind of grille he needs to put into it. He showed me the
billet grille and photos of
putco billet grilles. He said either of the two would be perfect for his truck. I am not into all these so I just let him do his thing as long as it's still within our budget. He deserves to have something like this since he has worked so hard to provide for us. This would be like his reward for making sure that his family is well-provided for.

My husband and I have plans of moving to a bigger house. We plan on having more children and with our house right now, we won't fit. We wanted to have a bigger yard for the kids to play on and I don't want to deal with neigborhood rules. Where we are living right now, our grass has to be a certain height and the house should be a certain distance from the street, or else the neighborhood association could call the cops on us or fine us. All of that is nice and for the betterment of the neighborhood but it's just annoying sometimes that you have to be on your heels all the time.
So we figured that if we want to move to a bigger house, we might as well build it ourselves. We plan on buying a piece of property, not a part of a neigborhood but maybe a piece of land that hasn't been developed yet. We would build a house there and have all the yard for our kids and don't have to worry about neigborhood rules. My husband started looking for
modern house plans. He found this site that offers all kinds of plans from
craftsman house plans and diiferent styles of
home plans. We got our favorite but we won't finalize it yet until we find the land that we want to purchase.
Hopefully someday all these plans would come into fruition and we would have the dream house we've been wanting.

We just got a dodge truck and my husband wants to load it with all kinds of accesories like wheel rims and
lorado tonneau cover. He spent most of the day looking at this site for good tonneau cover and he hasn't made up his mind yet on which kind he wants. It's funny because before he got the truck, he already searched online and said he's getting the lorado tonneau, but now that the truck is here, he's thinking of all kinds of things at the same time.
I just leave him alone because that's his truck and when it comes to vehicles, he takes the front seat so to speak. He knows what he's talking about and I trust his judgement. I know that after all the fancy stuff that he's gonna do with the truck, the truck will look way better that it does now.

Do you play poker? I don't really know how to play it but I watch my husband play it every now and then with family and friends. I also would find a poker show on TV sometimes and I am so amazed at how much those players earn even if they don't make it to the top. It makes me curious how to play it and I am playfully thinking that if I learn how to play poker, I might be able to play if professionally and win big too like those professional poker players on TV.
So I looked for poker sites and I found a site that offers
US Poker Room Bonuses. I was amazed that they let people play poker online and give them bonuses for signing up. They also offer a feature that they call
Merge Poker Network. This enables players to play with other players who are in 30 different poker sites. As I read more about what the site could offer, it makes me realize that poker playuers have a lot to gain when they sign up. If only I could play it poker good enough, I would have signed-up too.
Playing poker online has become so famous lately that all kinds of poker sites have popped-up. But like any other ventures that involves money, you have to make sure that the site you get involved-in is safe and licensed. Someday, I might try playing online poker, or probably try playing in the casino, but foir right now, I will just have to learn about the game and practice my poker face so I could have the chance to win.

Now that the economy is not going well, the best investment is gold. To
buy gold bullion is like buying stocks in the market, only you won't lose it like the other inmvestors did when the stock market plummeted. They said that gold
bullion never goes down in value so as long as you keep it, you will be assured that your investment is always going up in value.
There are different sites that offer to buy your old gold jewelry and we all know that if gold's value is diminishing then companies like this would not waste their time and energy in advertising and trying to convince you to send them your old
gold jewelries. I thought
gold bullion is a good family heirloom too and I could give it to my kids someday. So I am thinking to
buy bullion one of these days when I have extra money.

My husband is obsessed with cars. He watches all kinds of car shows and even records some of it in our dvr. Everytime we drive around somewhere, and he sees a nice-looking car or truck, he would admire it like he's admiring a sexy woman, saying, "Dang, that's a hot ride!". I would just smile, atleast it's not women he's admiring.. LOL.
Lately though, he has been thinking about getting a new truck. He wants to buy a dodge truck and he's already thinking of loading it up with all kinds of features like a
folding truck bed cover. I didn't know that there's a bed cover that folds since I usually would see the tarp-looking material all the time in trucks that I see, but he showed me a site that offers all kinds of truck bed covers like the
torza top and the
extang trifecta cover. I am so amazed at how many different tonneau cover available.
It's very affordable too so I have no doubt that as soon as my husband gets the truch, the next thing he's going to purchase would be the bed cover for it.

I was wondering how the school where my daughter goes to send an automated message to all of us about everything that's going on in her school. If there's no class, if there's an announcement or just a reminder, they automatically send a message to my celphone. The same thing is done by the CEO of Orizzi, Mr.
Michael Voulgarelis. He made it possible for schools and organizations to send an automatic message to all its members who opted for it, about an specific topic. So if I want all the choir members in my church to know when's our next practice, I could automatically send all of them a message at once through Orizzi.com. One good thing is that, if a person didn't opt to have the message sent to them, they won't get bothered with it.
If you want to know more about orizzi and what it could do to help out your business or your organization, just visit orizzi.com and watch their video.

My husband has to go have his eyes checked and we found out that he needs glasses. So we had glasses ordered for him to use. After a couple of months he broke it and we thought or ordering again from the same eyecare center but they charge us too much for a pair of glasses. So I looked online and searched for
The #1 online Rx glasses store. I found Zenni and I also read
Eric's Review of Zenni Optical. It convinced me to buy glasses from them and my husband liked it.
If you plan on buying optical glasses, I would highly recommend zenni, they offer the
Lowest Price Progressive Glasses in the market, plus their designs are also hip! It's cheap, functional, and fashionable. Everything you would need in a pair of glasses.

In this economy it is best to buy second-hand cars. There are plenty of second-hand cars that are in perfect condition if not better than the brand-new ones interms of gas-saving capabilities. Used car lots are popping up all over the place and they sometimes offer warranty for the cars that they sell.
Hubby and I went looking for a truck in plenty of the used car lots here in our area. While he's checking out their trucks, I checked out the immaculate
subaru impreza and the
chrysler town country. Both these cars still looks perfect when it comes to physical appearance with clean carpets and leather seats. We also checked some
toyota trucks and some
subaru vehicles.
At the end of the day, we figured out that buying a new vehicle is not really a necessity right now and we should wait till next year when our other bills are almost paid-off.

Having a car is a necessity nowadays especially here in America where public transportations are just mostly found in the city. Long travels means have your own car, or just ride a plane. I have always wanted to own a
ford explorer but my husband is not a ford fan. He said if he's gonna buy a ford, it would be the mustang or the
ford fusion.
Another car I like is the
nissan frontier and the
honda fit. They are better when it comes to gas consumption and that's very important in this economy. For now though, I am driving our KIA sedona and I love it. It accomodtes all of us and it has a very good gas mileage.
Maybe someday I would own one of my dream cars. If we win the lottery I will buy them all but if not, I will probably go for ford fusion or the nissan frontier.

There are plenty of
search engine optimization sites now and it really helps alot in improving the number of sites that you you could on when searching for an specific topic. Bloggers like me can benifit alot from this search engines because it would add more traffic to our sites. The more our site shows up when an article is being searched, the more people would come click on our links.
On the other hand, it is also annoying to get all kinds of anonymous comments on our blogs. It would have been fine if the comment is related to my posts but they're comments are only for the free advertisement of their products and sites as well. I hope there's a way I could block them but I can't.
Like they always say, technology is a two-edged sword. There are benifits you get from it but there are also distractions it causes. That's the way it goes and I just have to live with it.

I am so excited to welcome spring! I am so tired of the cold weather and having to carry all the extra weight by wearing heavy jackets to keep me warm all winter long. I am not a winter person and I think I will never be. Even my wardrobe would show that I have 90% spring and summer outfits and only 10% fall and winter outfits.
Now that spring is almost here, I have to make a to-do list. On the top of it is ofcourse plant some flowers. Paint our
window boxes and plant some colorful flowers on it too. I love to do yard stuff at the beginning of spring because the earlier I finish planting, the earlier I would see the fruit of my labor. I feel gratification when I see my plants in full bloom after a month or two.

It's almost spring again and I can't wait to plant some flowers to add color to our home. I always loved having flowers around our house even before I got married. I grew up, watching my mom plant some flowers in pots and arrange it around our windows to make our house feel so homey. This time around though, there are
Freestanding Planters like the picture above to make it easier on me. All I need to do is purchase it, install it in my windows and plant the flowers on it.
The freestanding planters have attractive designs on it, that just having it alone already adds up some character in our house. The flowers on it ofcourse completes the look and I love the way it adds color to our brick house when it's in full bloom.
Planting flowers is in my things-to-do list this spring. Hopefully they will completely bloom before summer. They always make me proud when people make comments about how attractive the flowers are and how they give our home a welcoming touch.

So if you live near Friday Harbor or is planning on going there, visit friday-harbor.net to find all the informations you need.

One of the best vacation spots in the US is the state of Florida. With it's beautiful clean beaches, warm weather and palm trees, vacationing there is like being in one of the islands of the carribean. Accomodation is one of thed first things we take into consideration when we plan our vacations and Florida has a lot of it to choose from. There are
Florida luxury rentals for those who wants to vacation in first class accomodations. There are also family and pet-friendly hotels that cater to everybody's needs.
I hope this summer we would get the chance to go to Florida again. I have been there a couple of times but I still long for more. I could not get enough of the beautiful beaches and just the ambiance of the entire place. Not to mention the Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios that are tourists' destinations by itself.
Just make sure that you have everything you need before heading there. Some of the few essentials are swimsuits, sunblock, wide-brimmed hat, and lots of laughter...

My husband is part french, part german, part caucasian and part american-indian. His dad still speaks fluent french and every now and then he would teach me a word or two. Words like
abri de piscine,
fauteuil baroque, and
domiciliation. I don't remember now what those words meant but I like it when he talks french.
I hope my kids will learn some of the language. Andrea is better than me because she knows a little bit. They teach it at her school and she's picking up some of the words. We all know that knowing how to speak more than one language is better than just one. So I will do my best to make my kids multi-lingual so they would have an edge over others.

It is our wedding anniversary next week and although it's been years since we got married, I could still remember it like it was yesterday. We had a simple church wedding but to me it was my dream wedding. Our motiff was yellow and we had yellow tulips at church and yellow bouqette. The food was simple yet everybody had so much fun and even after we left for our honeymoon, they still continued to party.
Every girl has their dream wedding. There are
winter wedding themes,
snowflake wedding theme, fairytale theme and others like beach themes. Whatever it is that a girl chooses, it is important that the person she get's married to is her true love because a wedding is not just about decorations and themes but it's all about the union of two people in-love. The ceremony is the most important part of the wedding and the decorations are just icing on the cake.

Insurance is very important. I myself have been a witness to it's importance when our house got flooded a couple of month ago. Our furnitures have been totally destroyed and our house suffered from water damage. Thanks to our insurance, we were able to fix our house and were able to get money to replace our furnitures.
Before moving there, I will contact them and make sure that everything will be alright. It's always nice to be ready because you will never know when disaster strucks.

My sister in law just gave birth to her third child last month. She gave birth to a healthy baby boy via c-section. I am very honored when she told me that I will be the baby's godmother. My husband has been her 1st child's godfather and now I will be the her only son's godmother.
I am looking for a nice baptismal present online when I remembered that one of the best gifts to give would be
baby slings. There's a site online that specializes in all kinds of baby slings in all designs and colors. I never realized that there are different kinds of slings until I saw it at lastellablu.com. They offer all kinds of awesome designs that I could not make my mind which one to get.
The baptism would be next weekend so I have to hurry and order it. I hope that my sister-in-law would appreciate the gift and moreso, that she would be able to use it to it's full capacity. As a mom myself, baby slings has been very helpful to me while my babies are growing up.

I like to prepare for a party way in advance and I make sure I put all kinds of effort in every aspect of it. Since Andrea's birthday is coming up soon, I am already checking out party invitations for her. I found this site that prints, designs and makes birthday inviations, business cards and
discount wedding invitations.
I used it for Fifi's 1st birthday invitation and everybody liked it. It is very cheap and I love how it all came out. Since Andrea is older, I will let her choose which invitation she wants to send out from all the different designs that they have. I believe that she will enjoy her party more if I let her get involved in the planning.

I use our printer in all kinds of projects. When I pay our bills online, I have to print a receipt for our records. If I want to scan a picture for my blog, I use our printer which is also a scanner. If I need to print some pictures, I also use our printer since it's also a picture printer. With this amount of printing, we use a good amount of
Brother Printer Ink Cartridges. In my estimation, we change printer ink every 2 months or less.
I was a little pissed though when I tried to use it last week for Andrea's project. I want to print some pictures for her project and it won't print at all... I though it was low on ink so I bought new ones and replaced the old ink. Still it won't print. Hubby finally checked it when I started to mumble and he said our printer broke. Ugghhh... It sucks... Now we have to buy a new printer and we have to set aside a budget for a new printer.

There are times when we need extra money and my husband's paycheck has not arrived yet. It is very stressing when that happens and sometimes, it's not even planned. Before we would use credit cards everytime oopsies happen but now, we decided to cut off our cards and do
payday loans instead. It helps us in times of oopsies and when my husband gets paid, we just pay it off. It's easy to pay-off and we don't need to worry about paying a monthly bill for it like a credit card.
We barely do any payday loan but if the situation calls for it, we just make adjustments on our budget that way we don't dig a financial hole for our family. We are striving to be debt-free in 3 years more or less and we know that when that time comes, our family will have more extra to spend on vacations and more money in our savings.

My friend just moved up in Wisconstin after her house has been flooded here in our area. She was not wise enought to get a good insurance for her house, so she ended up having to pay for the water damage done in her property. She was so stressed with the situation that she decided to move up north near her family.
The first thing she did when she moved to her new house there was get a
Wisconsin insurance to make sure the demise she had here would not happen again. She said she is still adjusting but she is loving the fact that she could see her family more often now than before.

My husband's family are very close. They are so close that they even live a couple of miles away from each other. My father-in-law's house is a good 10 minutes away from us and my sister-in-law lives two blocks away from him. The only person in the family that lives a little too far was my brother-in-law. He still lives in the same state but he's 2 hours away from us.
Six months ago, he decided to move closer to us, in the city proper which is only 30 minutes away. He rented a truck from a
one way truck rental so he won't have to come back and return the truck where he rented it from. We helped him get settled and now, he's present in almost every family gathering we have. Unless ofcourse if he's working.

A month from now, Andrea would be celebrating her 8th birthday. I am already thinking of a theme for her party and I am asking her too what she wants since she's old enough. It is good to ask her input in her own party that way she would enjoy it more.
She originally wanted a pool party but I don;t think it would be possible. The weather is still a little too chilly for a pool party. I asked her what she wants to get for her birthday ans she said she wants an xbox, video games and
skateboards. She has always been a little boyish and I hoped she would grow out of it once she turns into a teenager.
I am planning on having a tumbling/gymnastics party in one of the gyms here in our area and I think she would love that idea. I still have to talk to her and make sure she agrees to everything. After all it's her birthday, not mine.

My little infant watches a baby show about 3 little rats that live in a big clock. They would sing and dance and play around the big
wall clock. Everytime this show is on, she will get hooked in the television and nothing could take her attention away from it. Atleast I know she has a good attention span.
She would watch this show everyday over and over again that I even memorized the songs that the three rats sing. There was a time that we were in the car and she was throwing a tantrum. My husband got aggravated but could do nothing since he's driving. I started singing one of the songs from the show and that calmed her down in a snap... Like magic...
I am so glad that there are shows like that these days for babies. It helps me entertain her while I am doing my chores and she also learns stuff from it.

My friend introduced me to blogging and I am so glad she did because I enjoy every moment of it, I met new friends from it, and I also earn extra money from it. It is the best way to earn extra money at the comfort of my own house and it is very good in a way that I don't have to neglect my duties as a mom and a wife.
When I first learned how to blog, I had a hard time because I am not techie like the other bloggers. Good thing I found a good
email hosting and web hosting site that made everything extra easy for me. They really helped out in more ways than I could mention and made blogging enjoyable for me.
If you haven't tried to write a blog yet, it's about time you start doing it. At first, you would feel like a fish out of water but later on, you will get into the groove and find it interesting and fun.

There are a lot of online sites that do
business card design and personalized invitations. Since theres so much, the competition is tough and almost all of them offer all kinds of discounts just to attract costumers. It is a win-win situation for business owners out there who needs to create business cards for their businesses.
I saw all these when I was looking for a site that designs birthday invitations for my daughter's birthday party. I got a pretty good deal for the invitations and I was so satisfied with the way it came out. Soon it would be my older older's birthday and I will order her invitations at the same site. I was so happy with it that I even recommended it to my friends and family.
Consumers should take advantage of the competetion in the market right now. It's one way to survive in this not so good economy.

A lot of people has lost their houses because of the slow economy. Most could not afford to pay for their mortgage and because of that, they end up losing their house to the bank. Most home-owners sold their house for less than it's worth. That's why I am so glad my husband worked for the government and purchased our house by getting a
VA Mortgage. Our loan is fixed and it is very affordable. We make sure that we pay for it constantly because with this market, banks are out to get you and if you don't pay right away, they could take away your house in an instant.
The
VA Loans are designed to help veterans and people that works for the government. They offer very low and fixed percentage rate in all their loans. There is also a
VA Loan Refinance for those who wants to refinance their loans that has a high percentage rate. These kinds of loans are the best since it's fixed for the length of time you chose to pay off your loan and no matter how bad the market is, the monthly payment will never go up.
In this economy, it is very important that we make the right financial decisions. Making one wrong decision could jeopardize the financial situation of the family and could cost a lot. Try to look for the best options before jumping into any loans. The best way to do it is by doing extensive research, making sure that you could afford the monthly bill and finding the best deal in the market.

I met my husband online and I believe that relationships that develops online works. Look at us, two kids later, we're still madly in-love with each other. There are people who are skeptical about finding a relastionship online and I do understand why. But if you find the right person, you will find out that it really works.
There are sites that serves as professional
pickup artist when it comes to matching individuals. They are good and I knew a few people who got married through them. There are others that help male clients on
how to meet women. It just depends on the type of site you join.
If you are having doubts about finding truelove online, try it first and see. It might work for you, it might not, but you would never know unless you try it.

When I am done with the chores and my kids are sleeping, I get very bored. I would go online and check some sites and other times I would watch movies. I would
download movies online and watch it in my laptop to help me pass the time. Most
dvd movies are available online and I watch the ones that I haven't seen before.
Downloading
free movies has become my thing when I am bored and it really helps in passing time. Other times, I would just take a nap or watch a tv show that I don't usually watch. How about you? What are the things you do when you're bored?

It is very hard to look for a job in this economy. You have to bring out your all just so you could be chosen out of the many people applying for the position. You should have tricks underneath your sleeve just so you could land the job you want. A lot of people has been laid-off their jobs because of the bad economy. I know a lot of people who have been doing great before working as a real estate agent and are having a hard time this year. I was glad I didn't pursue a real estate job because I know I would be one of the them. Hurting and struggling in this economy.
Since the economy went down the tube, the real estate business has slowed down. The Lexington SC Real Estate though is continously floruishing ang this is the perfect time to buy a property there.
Chapin Real Estate handles the real estate there and they are pretty good at it. The
Chapin Homes are very special properties.

I have always wanted to have my own
swim spa at home. I was watching TV in our livingroom when I saw a commercial about
swim spas and from then on, I feel in-love with it. I know it's sounds like a pipe dream to have it but there are deals out there on these nice luxurious spa equipments.
There are
water treadmill that you could have installed in your home for an affordable price. Well, maybe not that affordable but doable especially to people who really needs it for therapeutic reasons. There are also nice
aquatic therapy equipment that could be purchased and installed in our own homes. It's so amazing what technology could do in these modern times. Everything is within reach.

There was a time when we were struggling to pay our credit card bills. It was so easy to use them and swipe them but when ti comes to the time to pay them off, it is a big pain in the neck. Good thing we were able to attend a
credit counseling and find ways to pay our credit cards without messing with our credit score.
We were able to do a
debt consolidation with our bank and we paid off all our debts and ended up just paying 1 monthly payment that costs us way less versus paying everything separately. The
debt consolidation helped us get back on track with our finances and we were able have more money in our pocket every month.

It may be sad to say but in this country, everything depends on the credit score you have. You could not purchase anything if you have a bad credit score. That's why most of us are very careful in our financial decisions so our credit score will not be put to jeopardy. I myself needs to
fix my credit and
improve my credit score.
There are a lot of
credit repair companies out there who are willing to help individuals who have been struggling with their credit scores. They are well-informed and well-educated on the ways to help us fix our bad credits and improve our mediocre credit score.
Living with a bad credit score sucks but on the other hand, living with a very good credit score is wonderful.

When we moved in our house a couple of yers ago, we have been looking for a satellite provider here in Louisiana and we are so glad we reviewed the
Direct TV Offers. They have all kinds of channels available for a very affordable price. They even offer the international channel from my country which I love so much.
There are a lot of
Direct TV Specials that would fit your every budget and the installation is also fast. When we got ours, we are lucky to avail from the
DirectTv Specials at that time which includes 3 months free of the movie channels like starz and showtime. We enjoyed that deal and we are waiting to avail of more
Directv Specials that they offer every now and then.
I would never trade my Direct Tv subscription for anything in the world. It keeps me entertained when I am alone at home and it keeps me informed with what's going on in my country through the international channel.

What is your favorite cartoon character? I used to be fond of tweety bird because she's so precious and her line, " I thot I taw a putty tat" is very cute. It is very entertaining to watch cartoons sometimes, it takes away some of the stress that I feel and makes me laugh.
Not all cartoons are like that though, there are adult ones that have very foul language and there are others that are encouraging. Like the cartoon show
Naruto. It has a very good story line and its lead character
Naruto, a little boy with yellow hair, teaches kids never to give up. My daughter and my husband is so fond of this show that they even bought the DVD of the entire series.
If you haven't watched any Naruto episodes, try looking for it
online and see for yourself what I am talking about. You might get addicted to it like my entire family did and you will end up buying the DVD of the entire series.
