For years my husband Gilbert and I have hosted family thanksgivings at our beautiful home in southern Tennessee. I definitely know my way around the kitchen and Gilbert has always been a great assistant and most excellent with planning and prepping the house for our loved ones.
However, this year we just don't have the energy to be host and hostess, unfortunately. We're slowing down, and for a change my son and his lovely wife are going to host at their home. They live in Montana by my daughter- in- law's parents, and they've been gracious enough to have us come in and stay for a few days. We just have to bring ourselves, a few suitcases, and we must be sure not to forget our new hearing aids from HearingAids.Miracle-Ear.com. We really want to enjoy the time with our family. Even though we're not hosting, I still plan to help prepare a few of my famous dishes. I have an issue with being just a spectator. In any case, we can't to have dinner at our son's beautiful home and get a change of scenery this year.
