Time Flies... My older daughter will turn eight this April. I could still remember the pain I felt when I gave birth to her and the joy I felt when I heard her cry for the very first time. She is such a blessing to all of us and to everybody around her as well. She is at the top of her class and she never fails to amaze her teachers with her wit and her charm. She is a certified gamer. She would rather play computer games than play with a doll or watch Hannah Montana on TV.
Since money is tight, we asked her if she would rather have a birthday party of her liking or get a brand new Xbox 360. She thought for a while and said that she would rather have the game console than have a party. So now, I looked online for a good deal of Xbox 360 and still looking. Hopefully I will find the one that comes with atleast two games and cheaper than usual.
I am so glad she chose to get the game console because that means no birthday preparations for me to do. Hubby and I planned on taking her to the animal wildlife center so she could feed the animals there on her birthday and we also plan on doing a simple birthday party at school.
