Last year, when my husband had his yearly check-up for work, they said he needs to have prescription glasses. He has to do it or else they could tell him that he's not fit to work without it. We went to our local eye doctor in support ofcourse for local businesses, but our jaw dropped when they gave us the bill for his pair of reading glasses. I could not believe myself that a simple eye exam and a pair of eye glasses would cost us almost a thousand dollars.
But since he needed it, we closed our eyes and paid for it. I was so disturbed by the price of his eyeglasses that I went online and researced about it.
