When I was pregnant, I always prayed that my baby will be healthy when she comes out. I have always wanted to have a son but I figured, if I can't have a baby boy, I hope that it would be a healthy baby girl. And true enough I gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby.
I could not imagine how hard it is for mother who has hering-impaired babies. We mostly don't give too much credit in our ability to hear but there are people around who are dying to hear what we take for granted. Thanks to Cochlear Implants, there's a chance for them to hear the things that they haven't heard before. It is one of the best fruits of technology and Cochlear Implant is also one of the best things that will ever happen to a mom with a hearing-impaired kid.
Cochlear Implant Surgery is not for everybody who has hearing-impairment. You have to contact your doctor to make sure that you are a perfect candiddate for the surgery.
