I have been sick this past couple of days and I'm telling you, it's not easy to keep the house running when you're sick. I got sinus infection, flu and cough. I can't sleep good at night and I am miserable during the day. So to fix this problem, I went to my doctor and she prescribed me some antibiotics and steroids. She said the antibiotic will help kill the virus and the steroid will help my body fight the infection.
I am scared to take the steroid because I heard some horror stories about women taking steroids and growing facila hair, prominent jaws and man-like muscles... I am scared I would turn into something like that if I take it, so I asked my doctor if there's any chances of me growing beard while taking the prescribed steroids, she said it won't give me those side-effects because I am only taking it for a couple of days and according to her, she prescribed me with a low-dose type of steroid.
Well, I am taking the steroids now and hopefully when I wake up tomorrow, I would still look like I look today. LOL
