We just came from our doctor because all of us got sick. My little infant has cough and fever, I have sinus infection and flu, and my husband have strep-throat. Thanks to our health insurance, we don't need to pay a lot just to be seen by a doctor. If we don;t have such benifit, we would probably be broke by now, with the amount of times we go visit our doctor.
Our insurance also helps us save money with the prescription drugs that we need. Instead of paying the regular price, we only pay a little bit, since they shoulder some of the costs. It is indeed wonderful to have health insurance benifits.
I have heard from the news that the government is trying to make everybody have health insurance which is good in some ways and bad in some ways. I just hope that whatever decision they arrive on, it would be for the betterment of the economy and the citizens of the country.
