Yipee! It's thanksgiving holiday and I am so glad because my daughter is off from school for one whole week! I sound like I won a lottery but I know that most moms out there understands why I am so glad. I don't go to school but I still have to do homework and this time, I don't have to, for one whole week!!!! I have a break from ironing school uniforms and waking up very early to prepare breakfast for her. So it's like a mini-vacation for me as well.
What are your plans for thanksgiving folks? Me and my family will go to Mississippi and eat dinner at Casa de Brasil inside Imperial Palace Casino. We don't do the big family get-together with my in-laws on thanksgiving because my father-in-law and mother-in-law goes to a carribean cruise every thanksgiving. (Yeah they're enjoying their retirement) And my sister-in-law and her family goes to disney world every thanksgiving. So it's just hubby and his brother that's left behind, which I don't get along with his wife anyway, so we choose not to spend it with them.. Awkward!

Happy Thanksgiving Day to you and your family. There are really so many things that we ought to be thankful for in our lives to the Lord. It is great that in America you have a Thanksgiving Day unlike in the Philippines. That gives people time to think and reflect the grace of God in giving us all provisions for our lives.
