Every year, our parish celebrates catfish festival. It is a very big celebration and almost all organizations put up their trade show booths to showcase their respective products and produce. My favorite part of the festival is the adult dance and dinner. They have a band that plays songs by request, they have delicious food set up in a long table dressed with a beautiful table skirt, and they have drinks served by a bartender. To make sure that only the ones that paid for the event could enjoy it, they use pipe and drape to enclose the venue. It is a very special night.
Weeks before the festival, you could see banner stands all over the parish, carrying ads about the upcoming festival. It is a merry celebration and I am always looking forward to next catfish festival.

wow that's a cool and great dining I thought you can watch the way they cook. Me and my hubby just cooking turkey and other traditional food during thanks giving.
